PAYMENT- Commercial pieces will be 300% the original price
- Whole or 50/50 payment will be upfront.
- Commission begins only when payment is received.
- Extra characters will cost 75% the original price.
- Rush orders will have an additional fee costing 25% of the original price.
- Payment will be made through Paypal or GcashREFUNDS- I will only warrant an 80% refund if still in the sketching phase.
- Any type of cancellation after the sketching process will not warrant a refund.
- I have the right to cancel and fully refund the money for your commission at any time.REVISIONS- Unlimited revisions in sketching phase.
- There can only be 1 free revision after the sketching phase. Any more revisions after will cost extra.USE- You cannot reproduce the commission piece for profit unless it's a commercial piece.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS- You maintain the rights to post the piece in any of your accounts as long as I am given proper credit.
- I have the right to display your commission piece in my portfolio.
- You are allowed to print the art and claim the right of your character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- I am allowed to post your commission piece on any of my social media accounts.
- I do not condone any type of NFT usage.
- Usage of my art to use for AI sites is strictly prohibited.
